HELP ME PLEASE, I've tried to open my work in the plataform (MAC + Firefox) but the app showed me de alert : "ERROR n.caracter is null" and then the process: loading from Google drive stops... In (PC+ Chrome) the problem is the same, but de alert says: "ERROR Uppercase Name of null" What I can do?
Is really urgent to solve this problem please!!!!
The file is big, has more that 200 pages... Maybe this may be the problem??
