Worried Entire Draft is Lost

I have been using YouMeScript for a project since this summer and have not encountered any major issues. About a week ago, I started the fourth draft of the script I have been working on. I am under the belief that the settings for backups was set to create a backup file every fifteen minutes. Tonight I got the "couldn't establish connection" screen which I have dealt with quite often. I have had no problem with reloading the page in the past, however this time, I got a pop-up from Chrome that warned that some changes may not save if I reload. Since the screen would not go away, I reloaded anyway, my mistake, thinking at worst I would lost fifteen minutes of work. Every change I have made in the past week has been erased. I have no record of backups over the past week since I started. Not feeling great about losing so much work in the blink of an eye. Hoping somebody on here has a solution I can try to find this stuff.
