Dual Dialogue at top of page

If the first thing on a page is dual dialogue, the dialogue block on the right will start one line lower than the block on the left. If you insert a newline above the block, they will align vertically again.

Torgen, yep, I'm seeing that. Thanks for the heads-up, and I'll get it fixed asap.

Interestingly, if I export to PDF it doesn't have this problem, but if I use Chrome's Print To PDF feature it does, and Chrome generates much smaller PDFs than export. (165k vs. 1.44M for a 60 page teleplay.)

Torgen, the next release has the fix for this.
The PDF file-size question will also likely go away (to some unknown extent), once I update the pdf code to produce the compressed version - might be in the next release too. No promises it'll be quite as optimized as Google's efforts, but it should be better.

Both the dual-dialogue and the too-large PDF problems should be fixed now in 0.5.13.809 Let me know how you get on, and I'll move this to fixed soon.
