Unfortunately the regular PDF export doesn't have a fallback mechanism for characters outside the range of the regular "Courier Prime" font.
To work around this, on every modern browser, you can "Print" the script to PDF. You have to use the "Print" command in the top YouMeScript menu, not the browser's regular print command (otherwise it'll print helpful things like the scrollbar etc).
