Drop me an email at support (at) youmescript.com - the program doesn't care what browser or OS, so something has changed with your Chrome/PC setup or the Drive account / privileges etc.

Re: How do I center Text
There are many things that a normal document editor allows, that are not found in a properly formatted film script. You can't see or hear 'centered', so what is it for? Non-standard formatting is one of the things readers complain about most, so I've generally tried to avoid allowing it. Happy to be...

Re: Anyway to get our deleted scripts back?
If they were scripts that haven't been opened or looked at since December 2018, then they are gone. Google deleted all data from their withdrawn service last summer without notifying users or app developers. They could have just warned us or exported them instead, but they didn't. A lot of us have b...

Re: Parentheticals disappear when exported to Final Draft
Sigh. Really sorry about that. Are the parentheticals the only difference between one that exports correctly and one that doesn't? If you had an example of each (small ones is fine) it might speed things up for fixing it at this end. Maybe email them to me at support ( at ) youmescript ( dot ) com -...

Re: Dual-Dialogue
Latest version has the cycle-case shortcut changed to Ctrl-Shift-Y - still can't find any issue with Dual-Dialogue shortcuts.

Re: Google Drive
gdot, on the upgrade question, YouMeScript tries to detect when you're using multiple accounts and apply the upgrade to both, however, it can't always do it for a few reasons. Try using one after the other, starting with the upgraded one first, and hitting "Re-check Google account" in the ...

Re: Will the pro version automatically charge me again?
Nope. If you want it again next year you can buy it again next year. Just always seemed the most honest way of doing it, though it may change or at least have the option to subscribe soon, as people do ask me for it.

Re: Theatrical / Play formats.
The real problem doing this is the way that parentheticals / actor-directions are mixed in an ungodly intermingling with the dialogue, not socially distanced in any way. Not saying it's impossible, but it's by no means easy. There'll be a push for alternative formats fairly soon, and I'll look at it...
