Text or paragraph exceeds page length

When filling out my script, I occasionally see a message worded something like this. I can't remember the exact wording. It happens when I have long strings of dialogue by one character, and I think the solution is to manually break it up and make a "CHARACTER (CONT'D)" so it goes to another page. However, I have to guess at where the problems are occurring. Is there a way to easily see where the text is pushing the limits of the page, and where it needs to be broken up?
