Need help with opening google drive

Hi! I just want to say thank you for everything, I just wrote my first screenplay and this was a huge help to me! I am having a bit of trouble with my google drive. Every time I try to open my file from google drive it won't open. I've tried several times and it hasn't worked. I'm thinking about submitting my screenplay for a contest but I need to be able to load it from my drive which hasn't been working. Please help! Thanks!
