Read Aloud Feature

Is it possible to utilize the built in audio accessibility to read aloud screen plays? Perhaps even assign various voices to characters, and teach the computer how certain words are pronounced?

I honestly hadn't even considered this, but as you say with the accessibility features on modern browsers, it's worth thinking about, so thanks a lot for the idea. I'll do some research as a first step.
